Data Store Location

I am trying to insure that the data store is backed up, but am not sure where they are located. We have both an SQL server and a regular Access one. What are the file names and where is the data stored.

for your SQL, your live DB files will be located in the ..\MSQL\Data folder. SQL backups will be located in the ..\MSSQL\Backup folder. I think the Access DB might be located in the Citrix IMA folder. The file name should match the name of your farm.

Depends on how the Citrix farm was set up! Oracle, SQL or MS Access could have been used. You should ask the person that set up the farm what they used for the store. If they used the local store option, the DB is in MS Access format and should be found in \program files\Citrix\Independent Management Architecture. File names are IMALHC.mdb and MF20.mdb.

I see the Access files on the one system, but don't see those same files on the second that uses SQL. They must be called something else.
