Hi All

I have an excel spreadsheet thats uses a query lookup from a database to get the information needed. This information always varies so from day to day the amount of information on the spreadsheet can change. At the moment I have my graphs datasource as A1:D300 as 300 will be the maximum the data will ever reach. My graphs look terrible as sometimes the data only populates to A1:D5 or A1:D12. This is an automatic spreadsheet so I dont want to keep on having to change my graphs datasource to reflect the amount of information. Is there anyway for me to populate the information onto the graph automatically, So if one day the information is only from A1:D5 the graphs datasource becomes A1:D5 or if it is A1:D50 the next day the graphs datasource becomes A1:D50 automatically?

Regards

Djbell,

Check out my FAQ...

How can I rename a table as it changes size faq68-1331

I suggest the OFFSET function in Insert/Name/Define to create DYNAMIC NAMED RANGES.
