is there any way to make the data, in VFP tables, can ONLY be accessed properly by using a specified VFP program? That means the data will be useless without the program, even those tables can be copied.

Any help would be appreciate.

HI,,
U can search for encrypt/decrypt program in the forum. I have used it earlier but now missing. anyway let me try to find it.Using this program u can encrypt the data in a dbf, using password and decrypt whenever u need to.

The "solutions" that come with VFP7.0 (if that is what you are using) show a sample of table encryption.
