I (will) have 2 identical windows 2003 rack servers
they have not had AD or DNS installed
each will have a NAS RAID5 array connected to it for data storage

2 servers connected via a WAN - firewalled at each end

Server A will run a critical database (cache)
Server B (DR Server)needs to have just that one database file replicated on to it from Server A, at very short intervals or continuosly

can I do this from within windows srv?
or do I need to install a 3rd party app?

thanks

OK, I have set up to test 2003 servers
(on local LAN only for now)

both domain controllers of their own domains
(thats what will happen when live)

I have set a DFS root on serverA
set two links to a share on each server

I now need to sync data in folders
but it says one can not be contacted?

do they need to be in the same domain or is it a trust thing?
