Hi, In a frame relay link, I have seen ip encapsulated in voice over frame relay, voice trafic and data trafic can be seen in all DLCIs, I use the protocol forcing to see ip data over the 7th byte, I mean over the VoFR and FR encapsulated, and that helps to see IP data, but I've seen the ip data over VoFR and the data relating to voice so I can see a lot of data corresponding to non IP trafic,if I use the 5th and 6th byte VoFR ( Ethertype field, 0800), to filter I can see IP data but still I see a lot of non valid IP adresses. ¿Am I doing the rigth thing?,
What I want is to use the expert to see the whole link, how is the data traffic and how is voice working, ¿can I do that?, the sniffer version I'm using, is the 4.5, ¿Do you know if the next versions can see encapsulated data traffic over VoFR?, If I'm not quite clear this article talk about this encapsulation.
