Hi,

I'm sure this is easily done, but I can't find anything in the documentation or on crystal's web site. I hope someone can help as I've been stumped on this for days!!!

I'm using Crystal Reports 8.5 to generate a report for the daily mail flow/utilisation of our mail server.

I have the sql query functioning perfectly and I'm have produced a nice graph, however the problem I'm having is while the y axis label contains the required information (no. of mails) the x-axis will only return a row count (eg numbers 1 through to 200) instead of a date or time range.

For example the y axis should contain for each point the date eg 2/3/02 3/3/02 etc. however it contains the value's 1, 2, 3 etc.

How do I change this to put the required information on the x axis?

Hi L
If you find the answer to this, could you please let me know?

I've spent the past few nights trying to do something similar except I have a range of dates to plot onto my graph and like you all I can see is the sum of the dates (some strange number).
thanks
suzanne
