Data on vulnerabilities...?

hello, I am currently writing a paper on security, with a focus on windows-based vulnerabilities. I'm looking for specific data (if possible) on percentages of attacks / vulnerabilites for windows machines vs. *nix or other machines. For example, data that may say something like "X% of attacks for this month were windows-based" or "x% of the market uses MS software". I'm not sure where to look for this however, and any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
