Data not being returned even though it's included in filter

We have a report that shows all 'Transport Methods' in a field, except one (T1) when the report is run. Although T1 is included in the filter, it won't show. Theres a text box where you can 'Apply filer on' and select the fields you want to see - we have the "Show All Values" check box checked - should the "Select All Values" box also be checked?
Does anyone have any other suggestions?

Did you check whether other filters are active within the report (like global ones) that could be the cause?
