data module attached to a tn726 board

I have a data module attached to a tn726 board supporting a PMS. The PMS says it is sending but not receiving an acknowledgement for the switch. I have moved the ckt on the tn726 board and replaced the data module (ATT Z3A1). I have checked the cable pairs between the switch and where the PMS is located. Is there any way to check this by attaching a pc to the data module to see if it is coming out of the system?

maybe you can first check the RS232cable is good or not then modify the PMS data module to system terminal usage . After change you can try use data module to login system . When you see every ok that mean your data module is working well. so you should check your computer PMS software match the definity protocol.
