1)What can you say about accuracy when "using training set"
data and when using a "separate percentage" to train on the data on weather.arff?
2)Can any one explain how do use training set works ? because what i feel is if it takes all the instances present in the .arff file as the training set ,so what does it test as there is no more testing data ?
