Here are some simple defnitions. You can do a web search to find thousands of pages about data warehousing and mining.
A data warehouse is a database that collects business information from many sources in the enterprise, covering all aspects of the company’s processes, products and customers.
Data warehousing generally refers to a combination of many different databases across an entire enterprise. It may also refer to the process of identifying and collecting enterprise data.
Data mining is the process of extracting useful information and relationships from immense quantities of data.
Data mining is also defined as the process of finding hidden patterns
and relationships in data.

I don't know a specific web-site that deals with answers on this, but try an internet search.
