Data Migration - Arcserve 2000

Can someone tell me where i can find the Data Migration option/software for Arcserve 2000. The "help" indicates it would be installed with the base product. However, the option is grayed out in the Arcserve Manager.
I have been looking for where i can install the option, but it is not a choice on the Arcserve 2000 Product installation list.
It is for Arcserve 6.61 IT.

Is it a separate order and install ?
