Hi,

I had created a report with graph and everything seems right till when I reload the report the very next day, some fields failed to display data. I had checked the database and there are data in the field. Meanwhile in the report, I tried the 'browse data option' and the field is blank.

I'm using CR version 8.5 and Microsoft Access 97. Linking the application and database with normal database file search from Crystal report initial development startup.

I wonder what could have caused this to happen.

Thanks for your attention.

Try to set the Database Location at first.Database--> Set Location and then browse to the location where you have ur ".mdb" file and then hit SET. Now, refresh the report. That should help you.
That is the only thing which should be affecting your report since you saved last unless anyone played with it in ur absense or you failed to SAVE it b4 closing it.
Good Luck ! The day He summons you, you will respond by praising Him, and you will then realize that you had lasted in this life but a short while.

The other thing that can cause problems is if there was any changes to the DB or tables.

Use Verify Database to update CR's view of the DB tables, usually fixes this. Editor and Publisher of Crystal Clear

Thanks guys.

My data is intact now.
