Data labels in a chart: changing color

Hi!

Is it possible to change the color of a data label (in the group axis) with a specific condition? For example, I have a line chart with pecentages in the data axis and dates in the group axis. Sometimes I have 0% in the data axis on a date. I want to have alle the dates black except for the date with the 0% (I want the date red). Is is possible???
