data dump on option 11 error

hello everyone!. just wondering if anyone had any idea on how to get past this error that i'm getting when trying to do a data dump on my option 11c with release 25.4 software. well when i do a data dump it either tells me that it can't because of bad data so i did a edd clr to clr the data out and then i would normally have to do a reboot of the system to fix but half way through the edd clr it tells me INCOMPLETE DATA STRUCTURE and gives me the error TEMU048 Database disk volume is full. not to sure what to do from here because i had already done the edd clr the other day and reloaded the switch and that didn't fix it.

bad news is edd clr force writes bad data to the drive. i would offer reload help, if you have a data base older then the problem, but in that switch, that is not usually an option.. go direct to tech support, do not pass go
