data dump on co-res

I am having a few issues on a rls 6.0 using CPPM in a co-res mode and the back up to the RMD fails. The deplist is up to date and i have tried different flash cards that worked elsewhere. The only hardware I have not replaced is the cppm. I have at least 3 sites in this state. The back up to the usb port works 100%

do you have both plugged in at the same time? USB RMD?

did you try BKO RMD?

What errors are you getting?

No they were not plugged in at the same time. The only error I get is that it failed. Same error that one would get if the flash was not installed.I am able to use the flash port to load software and the flash will work in other machines.
