Data doesn't come across

I am trying to pull a memo field from an AR system ODBC database for my report in Crystal 10. I can see information on the table level, but it does not show up on the report. I am not filtering the data in any way. Any ideas why the field data won't come across?

Might be a limitation of the ODBC driver.

Try linking to it in MS Access, does it allow you to see it there?

Any idea what type of database is being used?

I am not sure what type of Database. It is used by our IT department to keep track of help tickets that are opened. I know the name of the software is Remedy. I have linked to it through Access, that is how I can see the table and the data in the field. It does not come across on queries either.

You can see the data in Access, but Access cannot use it in a query?
