Data disappearing

Hey all,

Our Accounts Payable person adds an address to a customer with an ADRSCODE of A/P. A few weeks ago she has noticed that some of these addresses are disappearing on her.

I've looked into our system, but I can't seem to determine why these addresses would disappear - except if someone deleted them.

Any ideas on what the problem could be?
