Question: I have a database in which only 2 users gain access to - password protected. Within this past week they can no longer be in the system at the same time. What causes this? One suggestion was that the data might be corrupted. I'm trying to figure out a logical reasoning why they are having problems. Could updating a new virus patch and/or security create this problem?

Thanks,

How do you know that only two can be in at once? Was there an error message for one of them, or did a big hand come out of the screen and stop the user from double clicking the database?
