data control icon

Hi everyone,<br><br>In the stand alone edition of visual basic, there is a data control icon.&nbsp;&nbsp;Where would I find this icon or it's equivalent in access? I need to write some code for a table. I'm new to both visual basic and access. Thanks a million.
