data access page(web based)--how to create a combo box??

Hi Guys!!

I created forms from the access database. Some of the forms have combo box.
I had to create a data access page (web based).
The question is the combo box disappeared and only textboxes are there.

The data access page seems to be created in combination of xml and VB.

How can I create the Combo box??
Why did the combo box change to the textbox??
Can you help me??
