I am trying to determine whether to use FrontPage or Access for a VERY simple web site.
I have never done anything with Data Access Pages.
What I want to do is create a simple web page with 'username' and 'password' controls. Based on their log in values, I then want to open a report (via the web site) that shows schedules for ONLY that user.
I know how to do this within Access - forms, VB, report, etc...
But Data Access Pages are completely different from what I am used to.
What kind of logic capabilities do I have for Data Access Pages? What I mean is that I have a basic site with the 'user' and 'pass' controls and one button. However, I don't know how to tell the button what I want to happen when a user clicks it!
Thanks so much.
