Data Access Page Button Scripting

I am currently building a small database that acts as a web server to grab report files in .PDF. I don't know the scripting language too well.

The user selects the report name and the report date via two combo boxes linked to two tables. The table with the dates contains the actual file paths. I want the user to be able to select through the combo boxes and click a button that will bring up the report based on that input. How would that be coded?
