I'm trying to update an NT 4 Server dat and engine. I get a "Callback Component Interface" error when I look at the agent status monitor. I've unistalled and reinstalled MCafee 7.0 over a dozen times on this server and I get the same message. My other servers are fine. What could be my problem?

I'm not sure if this relates directly to your problem but have you looked on the Network Associates support site at Solution ID : NAI36681 about dealing with the error "Error occurred while getting point product callback component interface."
