Dashboards

It depends on what you mean by Dashboard.
If you want them done in the BO client, then you use VBA to build them. That is available in all versions.
If you want them on the Web, you can build some very basic ones in WebI 2.7 using the My Infoview split screen stuff.
In WebI 6, they are much more flexible.
If you want to build real dashboards, you should look into the BO Dashboard Manager. It is the most basic component of Application Foundation. You can do Metrics and Alerts and all sort of cool stuff.
