There are several definitions for what a dashboard is. Please explain what you need.

We want to show some analytical data from SQl Tables through dashboards. The data on Dashboards (Graphics) should automatically change whenever their is any upation in the underlying tables.

Two inexpensive ways to achieve this are:
1. View the report using a Crystal viewer with auto-refreshing functionality (at least one of the viewers listed at provides that functionality).
2. Implement an auto-refreshing web dashboard using one of the 3rd-party Crystal schedulers listed at the same link above).
