I hope someone can help me . . .

I am not new to Access but have never used Data Access Pages and I want to make a Page that works very much like a form only am not sure if that is possible . . .

I want the user to be able to select their department from a drop down, based on that response the group combo would only list groups that are part of the dept. Then another category combo box based on the response in the group combo.

they don't need to enter any info, I just need a way to public allow them access to an quasi-intelligent document so they can print the correct information, which we - my dept - will then add to the Db (we don't trust 'em to do it right).

P.S. I have tblDept, tblGroupDept and tblPalletType (which links group and pallet type (and I do need to keep these seperate).

So . . . I am stymied. I have tried finding out how to do this from MS help, my three Access2000 books, and I'm still stuck. Can you help me? Brambojr

Open the database and click the Pages button (located below Tables, Queries, Forms and Reports) which will open DAP creation dialog box including a wizard.

I've already gone this route and have nto seen how the wizard is any help with what I am trying to do.

I don't want people to browse through records, I simply want a "form" where people can select options from a drop down, and have following drop downs adapt to the changes.

In essence what I want to do is publicly publish an Access Form as I want my combo boxes to adapt and queries can't pull values from DAP's. Brambojr
