any idea how to get ride of this error please

"error occured when openeing view cs0004
view cs0004 is not a valid view ID
error occured when activating sage accpac data source

Run rvSpy and dbSpy. See what the logs say when the error appears.

Edit the system database in dbSetup and click the Propagate button.

i cant install accpac on a vista laptop what might be the problem pleas?
