So I installed my used Option 11 Rel 21.35 and it went very well; a few hiccups and some known issues to overcome - and this is one of them.

How do I get "0" to go to our receptionist?

We do not have an attendant console. It is set to send all calls to ext 2000 the receptionist. "0" is an LDN.

Hopefully I only need to be pointed in the right direction (I am to old to have my hand held all the time LOL)

I would remove 0 as an LDN, then use either of these methods:

1. Make 0 the ATDN, and then program NIT1 as 2000.
2. Make 0 an ACDN with MaxP=1 and NCFW=2000.
