I am in the UK administering a PBX in NY that was shipped in from an office in Peru. I want to use the single digit "8" for AAR access. However as can be seen from the table below, somewhere a two-digit code beginning with 8 has been used.... Can I find it? I've looked in the obvious places but can't find the DAC.

So the the question: Does anyone know how I can find out where it's used and is there any way of "listing" all Dial Access Codes (TAC's & FAC's) other than using system-features.. /feature access ../lis trunk group... ?

Dial Access codes can be either "Trunk Access" or "Feature Access" codes. You can find the FAC on the "display feat" form. If you do a list trunk, you should be able to see all of the trunk groups as well as the TAC codes associated with each one.

Marcell,

Thanks but as I've already used those commands and still cannot find where the 8x code is used.

It could be a dac for loudspeaker paging. Try "Change Paging Loudspeaker".

Thank you, thank you, thank you. I was gradually going mad looking for where it was used.

Cheers OldPhoneGuy :)
