my sight is designed with DW4 and Flash 5. I would like to Put a 3D photo show of my customized bike up. and was wondering if I create it with DW ultra will it work with DW 4.0?

My guess is that if you use UD to create that part of the site, you will have to continue to use that part to maintain and edit. It is not backwards compatible, or rather DW4.0 is not 'forwards compatible' with UD.
If you back up the site, it can't hurt to try. Chances are that DW will not destroy the UD code on the page(s) with your 3-D effects. When in doubt, deny all terms and defnitions.
