Cyeyenne:Queue ARCserve Snap-in error: You do not have object creation

When trying to upgrade ARCserve Version 7 to ARCserve r11.1 I got a problem with the queue, unable to get resources. So I deleted the queue and tried to re-create it. However I’m getting the above error when I try
this.

I’ve also tried to create in other Server OU’s and get the same error.

Does anyone know if I can get the snap-in for NWAdmin/ConsoleOne or iManager as I need to get this backup done.

Was able to solve the problem using the ASUtil.nlm in, this re-created the queue user.
