Exqueeze me but CVA, CVD & CVP_PRO all require dongles and authorization (CVD_PRO auth is including in all systems).
If you do not have a dongle attached to your PC then you will not be able to run the software. If you have the dongle but no auth, you will be able to run the software but not talk to a system.
IPx Office CVD auth P/N 77447500528
IPx Office CVA auth P/N 77447500527
All Systems CVD software/dongle P/N 72480912500
All Systems CVA software/dongle P/N 72480911900
(there are also additional part numbers for authorization for both CVD & CVA on 200/400/500/800 and 3000/4000/5000/6000 systems)

Whilst working for Tadiran in the UK I specifically set CVD up on IPx Office systems.
Hope this clarifies it.
