So I take a new gig and move my data from one user profile to the new profile logging into the new domain. Whenever I do this there are generally some little issues that drive me nuts, so I loaded the data into the all users folder instead.

Anyway, on to my prob. I want the time and the date in the Notification area. Currently it's the time and the day of the week. I had it with the time and the date when using the former user profile. How can I get that back. I don't see the option when I right click and attempt to customize the task bar in any way. Any help would be greatly appreciated....

Control Panel, Regional and Language Options, Customize, Time.

See the notes on the page to customize the display.

Sure I can adjust the time and date format in here, but I don't see where I can superimpose that over the time and date in the notification area....

Right-click the taskbar, and uncheck "Lock the taskbar."
The full display of the taskbar clock requires that the taskbar be resized to three lines, so drag the taskbar upwards to increase its size to three rows.

That works, but not quite what I was hoping for. In my previous configuration I had the task bar only 2 rows and it just had the time and the date. But this does the trick....Thanks for the help....
