Customize MS CRM Customer Relationship Entity

Even though it is classified as customizable, I cannot change any deatils of the Customer Relationship entity.

I need to remove the reference to the word "Customer", our CRM system is being used to serve citizens - not customers. There are no sales involved.

How can I achieve this?

It looks like the wording ie new customer relationship is locked up in a DLL and therfore cannot be modified. One really bad approach may be to scan the dll's used by crm and see if you can locate the text "new customer relationship" and change it to new citizen relationship.

Very not supported and also may be a problem if you use outlook clients but it *may* be possible.

I have been to make the relationship screen say New Citizen Relationship. I am heading on to the road. Email me if you have not worked this one out yet

Is there where you browse to Contact > Contact Details (Drill In) > Relationships

And at the top left of the form is says "New Customer Relationship"

If you were able to modify this, can you tell me how you did it? Thanks.
