I need to set the COS to unlimited password expire. I know how to set up the virtual modem on the NAM, but I do not know what do after this step. What software do you use to connect to the NAM?

Does you NAM have a NIC in it? If you have one, you can connect to it with a laptop(you also need the NVM software)the default IP address is 192.168.110.10. Once you log on to the NAM, you'll go to System Parameters, then to Edit Class of Service. Highlight the class of service you want to edit and change Password Expiry to 0. you'll have to exscuse me if I've left anything out, I'm doing this from memory.
Good Luck

If calling into the modem you setup a dialup networking session, username = namaccess, password = log2nam. When the modem connects start Voicemail Manager, usually the default IP address is OK, and then use your normal login (1020000 for example). Then edit the desired class of service to no password expiry. Brian Cox
