CustomError message problem

For some reason I keep getting a customerror message when I load an asp.net site that has an error. This changed overnight. If I logoff and back on as a different user I do not get the customerror message. The Web.Config file has CustomErrors mode = "Off". I cleared the browser history and temp files but customerror continues to get displayed upon errors. Anyone have a clue to fix this? As a .net programmer I've got to see my errors!
