customer pc connected to ip phone 9608 not working since windows update

Avaya Ethernet Routing Switch 4550T-PWR

phone = 9608
Router own by customer
DHCP server own by customer
customer pc lan network card =dhcp mode

System was installed 3 months ago and was working fine untill last week when the customer did a windows update.
If i plug the customer pc to the ethernet port of the phone, i get an ip address on the pc (in the vlan data subnet) but im not able to ping the router, but the phone is working fine.

If i bypass the ip phone and i connect the customer pc straight to the wall jack, i get an ip address and im able to go on the internet.

If i put a static ip address to the customer pc, im able to go on internet and phone is working.

If i plug my own laptop(dhcp mode) to the ethernet port of the phone , im able to go on the internet and phone is working.
What am i missing ??? need help please

Remove the update :-)
This is not a phone problem to be honest.

disable all updates for the voicemail pro server

acss sme acis sme acss cm 5.2.1 acss cm and cmm acss aura messaging.
 
found the issue.
i just rebooted the avaya poe switch and its working...

if it ain't broke don't fix it!
