Custom Toolbars NOT saved with Application

Hello.

I have an Application written in Access 2000, in which I have created custom menu bars and toolbars. I have saved it and can open it up on my computer and everything works great. But, when I open the file on another computer, my custom toolbars are not available, which causes an error that the toolbar could not be found. My custom menu bars however, are available. Anyone know what is causing this?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
