Custom Toolbars - Excel

Wheneve I open Excel, a new Custom Toolbar is created every single time. I have like 25 custom toolbars. Anyone know if this is a virus or something in Excel

I have reinstalled Excel a couple of times and still happens

It sounds like you might have a macro in a workbook in the XLSTART folder.
