Custom "From: Field"

This question maybe fairly simple but i dont find the answer. In Outlook 2003 how do you customize the "from field" as shown below? How do you add the (On Behalf Of App Marketing)as shown below. Thank You?

From: John Doe "On Behalf Of App Marketing"
Sent: Monday, January 24, 2005 2:19 PM
To: All Staff
Subject: Debut of The App Eport

You don't have to customize for this. Open 'users and computers' and open the properties of App Marketing (I'm assuming this account has a mailbox). Go to the Exchange General tab and select the Deliver Options button. Give all those that need rights to 'Send on Behalf' of App Marketing permission in the box. Might be easier to set it to a group and put all the users into that group. A little less maintenance and cleaner administration.

Oh, I forgot to mention that when they send in Outlook they have to put App Marketing in the From: field. All mail sent from them will then have the:

From: John Doe "On Behalf Of App Marketing"

in the header.
