Good afternoon

I was wondering if anyone could help with a little tiny problem in Excel. I have created a spreadsheet. Now it is complete I want to place a command button on the sheet that prints out a pre determind range in a preview screen and then gives you the open to print for real

I also don't wish it to print with the command buttons showing.

I am sorry it is long winded but I am tareing my hair out

Thanks in advance Joel

Hi,

In the Design Mode, right click the control - Properties Tab - Uncheck PRINT.

PrintOut is a method that has a Worksheet as it's parent object.

You can hide rows and columns, but you will always have a rectangular area that will print.
