I have created 2 custom menus for my db. One menu activates and top-docks when a form is opened (MenuForm). The other menu activates and top-docks when a report is previewed (MenuPrint). I am having a problem with my File>Print function. When I click File>Print the whole report immediately starts printing. I want the print dialog box to open instead so the user can enter which pages to print. I pulled my “Print…” icon from the “File” section when I created the MenuPrint menu bar.

Any ideas on how to get the same Print… functionally as the default menu bar (Menu Bar) on my custom menu?

If you did a CTRL + Drag from the File menu it should work. Try removing it and re-dragging.

I could not get the CTRL+drag to work. I removed the old "Print..." and then held down CTRL while dragging to reset same. I get the same results. It goes straight to printing all pages. Any other ideas?

Don't drag the command from the "Customize" dialog, press CTRL and click / drag directly from the File -> Print menu of Access. Pressing CTRL prevents you from removing the item from the Access menu, providing a copy on your custom menu.
