Custom Form Wizard - Add Ins

I am getting bored of the options that are offered as form templates and I would like to increase the variety of choice for my form layouts. I have read an article on Design Scheme Add - Ins but cannot find the download on the Microsoft site. Has anyone the address for this download or any other downloads that can increase the variety of form designs for me to improve my databases.

P.s. this goes for reports as well.
