we have a custom entity which is working just great
so for the Contact we can see all of these custom entities related to the contact. I would like to see them roll up to the account level (bonus would be the account parent) through the CRM screens (reports could be ok, but not optimal since many of our users are remote and in order to run reports with reporting services they have to be connected - so that kinda shoots us in the foot).
In native CRM we do not see a way to do this with advanced find, views or anything...
