Hello,
Some new IP phones we have can acquire their IP via DHCP. For the phones to work, the DHCP server needs to assign a SVP server address as a DHCP option.
I am trying to get a Windows NT 4.0 system running DHCP server to do this, but I cannot figure out how the DHCP server can assign this custom option (referred to in the manual as "option 151 SVP server"). Any help is appreciated!
If NT4.0 cant do this I am willing to use a 3rd party DHCP server, but so far the ones I have looked at dont seem to support this option either...
