Hi folks:

I have a user, which happens to be the President of the company, that when he clicks on any message to reply to it, the cursor is at the "To" field instead of the body of the message. So he starts typing and then realizes what he typed in the the "To" field.

I have looked at all the options but I can't find anything to alter that behavior. We're using the Outlook default templayes with no customization.

CAN ANYONE PLEAEEEASE HELP???

thanks!

Problems are nothing more than an opportunity for improvement
;-P hehehehe

I don't know of an option for cursor placement.

When Outlook mis-behaves you can try outlook repair.

From Outlook:
Help > Detect and Repair > etc.

(you may need the CD that was used to initially load Outlook)

Could you try starting outlook in these 3 modes and see if that solves your problem.

Start - Run

outlook /cleanpst
outlook /cleanview
outlook /safe

Just a gues..
