CTX PS4 TWAIN Scanning

Trying to get client to scan via PS4. Scanning is fine.
However known issue is TWAIN window shows underneath the source application. This itself is not a HUGE issue; waht is strange is that if TWAIN window launches and user selects something inadvertantly OUTSIDE the TWAIN window teh entire CTX session locks up/hangs?
