Ctrl+Alt+Delete

Hi-
I was wondering if there was any way to activate Ctrl+alt+delete twice on the welcome screen so I could login as the admin. Is there a way to do this wihtout booting into safe mode in XP home??? Thanks.

I tried it once and it worked but then I tried it again and it didn't.
