ctor.dll and ISScript.msi

Hello,

Some of the applications installed on my Windows 2000 Server machine will not de-install when running Add/Remove Programs. Some of them say that ctor.dll is missing. Some come up with ISScript.msi missing. Does anyone has a clue on where to get these files from ?
